Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return costs 59 SEK.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.
To meet the legal requirement for a permanent, easily accessible cancellation function, you can exercise this right in two simple clicks directly through our store:
  1. Step 1: Log into your customer account using your email address, locate your unfulfilled order, and click the "Request Cancellation" or "Withdraw from contract here" button.
  2. Step 2: Select your reason in the pop-up window and click "Confirm Request" to officially submit your withdrawal.
Upon submission, you will immediately receive an automated email acknowledging the receipt of your withdrawal request.

    Effects of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from this contract before the goods are fulfilled and shipped, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
    We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

    Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or digital services if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
