3. Five Luna Evening Botanical Infusions Our Luna blend is a caffeine-free infusion of rooibos, tart cherry, black mulberry and goji, with aronia berry. It's blended by hand in Sweden and filled into hand-folded corn fiber bags. Each sachet is a concentrated 7.8 g blend that makes a full pot of 3 to 4 cups. Five sachets give you five evenings.

4. One 22-23 Hours Unscented Candle A candle with no added fragrance, for evenings when you want light without scent. It's made in Sweden from local Swedish beeswax and rapeseed wax, so the only thing you notice is the faint, natural warmth of the wax.

How to use it

Early evening: Light the candle. Brew a pot of Luna and sit with a cup for ten minutes, phone away.

Before bed: Blow out the candle, tie your hair back with a slim scrunchie, and put on the eye mask.

Next evening: Do it again. Five sachets, five evenings, and then you'll know whether the habit suits you.

Care:

Silk pieces: Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, no bleach. Press out the water without wringing, and lay flat to dry away from direct sun and heat.

Candle: Trim the wick before each use and never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from anything flammable, children and pets.

Infusion: Steep in hot, not quite boiling, water for 6 to 8 minutes.
