How Our Tea Was Created: A Story of Herbs, Rituals, and Consistency
Share
Life moves quickly, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Over time, I’ve learned that wellbeing often starts with the simplest daily rituals — and for me, tea has always been one of them.
I grew up in a home where herbs were part of everyday life. Natural healing was never treated as a trend or a quick fix, but as gentle, ongoing support through food, tea, and consistent habits. This upbringing sparked my long-standing interest in traditional Chinese herbs and how they can be used in a realistic, modern way to support long-term health and balance.
In my family, herbs were not something “special” or reserved for when you were already unwell. They were part of daily cooking, warm teas, and seasonal routines — small actions repeated over time. This taught me something important early on: consistency matters more than intensity.
As life became busier — work, motherhood, responsibilities — I personally returned to herbs during some of my more challenging years. I used them to support my energy, digestion, sleep, and overall strength. What made the biggest difference wasn’t doing everything perfectly, but choosing something simple that I could continue, day after day.
Why Taste and Simplicity Matter
One thing I learned quickly: if something doesn’t taste good or feels complicated, it’s hard to stay consistent.
That’s why taste became one of the most important foundations when creating our teas. Each blend is carefully developed to be gentle, enjoyable, and easy to drink daily — not medicinal or overwhelming. All six flavors were tested by me and my close friends over time, refined slowly until they felt both effective and comforting.
I intentionally chose well-known, commonly used herbs with long traditions, sourced from trusted local suppliers whenever possible, and with a strong focus on organic ingredients. No rare or extreme ingredients — just thoughtful combinations that support everyday wellbeing.
Designed for Real Life: Individual Tea Packs

Modern life doesn’t always allow time for complex rituals. I wanted our tea to fit naturally into your day — whether at home, at work, or while traveling.
That’s why I chose individual tea packs. They make it easy to take your tea with you, keep it fresh, and stay consistent even on busy days. You can simply put one in your bag, your coat pocket, or your travel case — removing friction so the ritual becomes effortless.
Our tea bags are made from 100% corn fiber, with no glue, no paper, and no chemicals. Inside, you’ll only find loose-leaf tea, real herbs, and real fruit — nothing unnecessary.
Freshness and Care in Every Batch
We produce our teas in small batches and make new teas every week. This allows us to work with fresh ingredients and maintain quality at every step, rather than mass-producing and storing for long periods.
For me, this is part of respect — for the ingredients, for the tradition behind them, and for the people who drink our tea as part of their daily lives.
Tea as a Gentle Wellness Ritual
Our tea is not about quick fixes or promises. It’s about creating a moment — a pause in the day, a warm cup in your hands, a habit that supports you quietly over time.
I believe wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful. Sometimes, it begins with something as simple as choosing a cup of tea — and returning to it, day after day.
